Join us online for our first open mic event! The theme for the evening: Where’s your happy place? You can participate with poetry, music, performance, a comedy show or any other means suitable for an event on Zoom.
articule members are looking to create an online gathering to share artistic work and approach mental health, separation, the chaos of 2020 and the pandemic in a spirit of solidarity. We want to close the year with an openness to embrace the unknown, to offset the isolation of creating alone, and to share our work - be it new, old, in progress, or never seen before - with our peers.
As we reorient the way we come together, connect and share, it's easy to feel isolated. With all the missed vernissages, events and social gatherings, it is important to still have some fun! Feel free to prepare a custom background depicting your happy place and dress up for the occasion. DJ dance breaks will be provided.

Priority to articule members, but open to all. 3 - 8 minutes for each participant.
