TOWN HALL: Date to be announced. In person at articule.

articule has the opportunity to join together with other artist-run centres to purchase the 4001 Berri building in the Plateau Montréal neighbourhood (currently home to OBORO, GIV, & Ada X). With the assistance of multiple grants, the building is planned to be renovated over a 5-year period to meet wheelchair accessibility standards and create unique spaces which correspond to the needs of each partner centre. The expected move-in is for 2029.

The Rainbow Committee would like your opinion on whether you believe the 4001 Berri building would be a suitable permanent home for articule. We kindly ask our members & articule friends to complete this survey. It contains 9 questions and takes 10-15 minutes to complete. 

In addition to this survey, articule will have an in-person Town Hall in January (date TBD) to give members the opportunity to ask more questions, discuss in nuance and detail, and finally give the board their opinion on articule’s potential co-ownership of the 4001 Berri building. We expect a final decision on the 4001 Berri project to be made by the end of January 2024.
